Project Description

The project consists of a new 1 storey 50,000sf elementary school & childcare centre in the Findlay Creek Area of Ottawa.

SCHEDULE

The Owner has applied for Site Plan Approval and it is anticipated that the approval will be finalized by 15 June 2023.
The Owner has applied for a building permit and it is anticipated that the permit will be issued by 30 June 2023.
The Contractor is to obtain an occupancy permit issued by the City of Ottawa by 31 July 2024.
The Work is to be Ready-for-Takeover by 15 August 2024.
The Work is to be completed by 30 November 2024.
