Project Description
Scope Of Work:
The Conseil des écoles catholiques du Centre-Est (CECCE) is calling for bids for the installation of 40 new portables, including site preparation and connection at 17 locations. There will be electrical, mechanical, and sitework to accommodate.
Please note that the tender will be submitted as 3 separate bundles (See section 00 21 13 for details):
Lot 1 (GRN, HRJ, LVD, MBL) 20 portables
Lot 2 (SBT, SGN, LAC, GEC, TER, EJP) 8 portables
Lot 3 (EBR, FRO, PDM, PSV, JPL, SKA, CJL) 12 portables
Locations:
Various schools. Please refer to the specification section 00 21 13.
Scheduled Dates:
Start date of construction : April 27th, 2026
Portable delivery by ‘Fero’ : May 4th to mid July
Full occupancy : August 19th, 2026
