reconfigure approximately 1000 square feet of washroom/shower space in student lodging and convert it to meet current AODA standards and address privacy concerns. The existing space has a total of eight showers (2 open rooms with 4 showers in each) as well as a large open space in a separate room with toilet stalls and sinks. The proposed renovation will provide 4 (four) accessible washrooms including shower, sink, and toilet, with the addition of 1 (one) accessible and 1 (one) non-accessible half baths (toilet and sink)
