Project Description

The project involves the following items:
• Provide air conditioning to occupied spaces.
• Replace roofing sections C, E, J, K, L, M, N (17,794 sq ft)
• Replace aged HVAC equipment.
• Replace select exterior windows.
• Replace select flooring.
• Room 113 renovations to convert unused lab to regular classroom.
• Replace existing fire alarm to meet AODA requirements.
• Replace select aged lighting.
• Replace and upgrade Main Electrical service.
• Install approximately a 48 KW Net Metering DC Solar PV Array.
• Install new gold level pylon sign to support Board branding strategy.
