Project Description

The Upper Canada District School Board invites tenders, from pre-qualified eligible bidders, for SEPTIC SYSTEM & FIRE ALARM REPLACEMENT, PYLON SIGN Including:
• Replace existing sanitary septic system with a new sewage system in a new location.
• Decommission existing sanitary septic system.
• Upgrade fire alarm system.
• New exterior pylon sign with digital display.
• Chain link fencing,

All work specified in 1.3 – Scope of Work is to commence on or about;
• Septic Bed – Award of Contract;
• Balance (Pylon Sign, Fire Alarm System, Septic Tank, Trenching) July 2, 2026.

ALL WORK AWARDED AS A RESULT OF THIS TENDER MUST HAVE REACHED SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION ON OR BEFORE August 24, 2026.
