Project Description

Scope of Work:

This project includes the renovation of the gym area, and millwork at different locations around the school. There will be electrical and mechanical work to accommodate.

Please note that there is expected to be ACM.

LIST OF SEPARATE PRICES

.1 Separate Price No.1 (Renovations in Classrooms 203, 205, 207 and 209):
– Provide a separate price for all new work indicated in Classrooms 203, 205, 207 and 209.
– Refer to key plans on drawing 303 and to details on drawings 305, 306, 307, 308, 405 and 505.
.2 Separate Price No.2 (Renovations in Classrooms 111, 206 and 208):
– Provide a separate price for all new work indicated in Classrooms 111, 206 and208.
– Refer to key plans on drawing 303 and to details on drawings 304, 305, 308, 403, 404, 503 and 504.

Scheduled Dates:

Construction will start on site July 2, 2024. All work to be completed by August 23, 224. All work after August 23, 2024 must occur outside of school hours (8:25 am to 2:35 pm Mon-Fri).
