Project Description
Scope of Work:
Work of this Contract includes the replacement of the existing air handing units in Mechanical Rooms 223 and 217, and renovating existing ductwork, additional ductwork, replacement of ceiling, lights and ductwork within 1st and 2nd floor classrooms.
Prequalified subtrades include: Security Wiring and Devices.
Location:
411 Seyton Dr, Nepean, Ontario K2H 8X1
Scheduled Dates:
Start date of construction: 23 June, 2025
Partial completion of construction: August 15, 2025
Full Occupancy for the work shall occur by August 15, 2026.
