Project Description
Work of this Contract comprises the following:
.1 Installation of new elevator complete with foundations, elevator pit, hoistway, elevator control room, elevator entrances and roof work to allow for height of hoistway.
.2 Renovations to adjacent spaces to accommodate elevator especially renovations to storage room.
.3 Addition of an office adjacent to the new elevator
*The owner has pre-qualified the following trades: Abatement, Roofing, Electrical & Data.
