Project Description

Scope Of Work:

Canterbury High School: This project involves the removal of exterior windows on the north-east side of the school. The demolition will include abatement as asbestos is present. Please note OCDSB is to disconnect and reconnect exterior power lines to portables interfering with the window replacement.

 

Emily Carr Middle School: This project involves the removal of exterior windows on the various faces of the school. The demolition will include abatement as asbestos is present. Additionally, two existing steel staircases will be removed and replaced. There will also be new flooring to accommodate.

Scheduled Dates:

The Project is expected to commence on 02 July 2026, and the expected completion date of the project is 21 August 2026.
