Project Description
The project consists of a new 158,000 sq.ft 3 Storey High school located at 5431 Fernbank Road, Ottawa. The site includes a bus loop, parking, asphalt payground, a track and soccer field.
The building will be founded on piles with concrete grade beams and tie beams. The building structure is a conventional structural steel building with metal stud infill. The exterior finishes are a blend on Aluminum Panels and Masonry Veneer with minor metal siding on the penthouse.
