Project Description
Scope Of Work:
The Work includes but is not limited to the supply of labour and materials to remove the existing RAAC (Siporex) roof structure, 2nd floor classroom ceilings, and associated work. This will involve the removal and replacement of interfering mechanical and electrical devices. Please see addendum 1 for information regarding the new roof structure, demolition, and existing conditions.
Note that prequalified trades include: Roofing (See Section 00 21 13)
