Project Description
Work of this Contract includes the construction of a 12-classroom, and multipurpose room addition to the St. Philip Catholic Elementary School in Richmond, Ontario. The project also entails renovations to the existing school which includes, but is not limited to, the addition of new ventilation systems, interior lighting replacement, renovation of the existing gymnasium, and the creation of a new kindergarten classroom. The project also includes phased renovations to take place during the summers of 2025 and 2026.
