Project Description

The scope of work would be as follows:

– Attain all permits
– File MOL notice
– Disconnect & cap waterline, sanitary and storm lines at property line or as required as part of permit application.
– Disconnect hydro
– Remove asbestos as per the DSR
– Demolition of building including all foundations
– Crushed concrete can remain on site if crushed to 4” minus meeting OPSS, otherwise it is to be hauled off-site.
– Backfill site to allow water drainage
