Project Description
The project consists of a 28,100 square foot addition including, 5 Kindergarten classrooms, 12 Classrooms etc. Additional work other then the addition:
– Add AC to existing rooftop units.
– Roof top Solar – 45KW
– Removal of portables and portapack
– Improved/expanded parking area, bus lane, parent drop off
– Relocation of soccer field and play areas.
– Fencing
*The owner has prequalified Excavation, Roofing, Electrical & Mechanical subcontractors.
